performance description

Y33 series belt conveyor is used for conveying new sand, used sand and molding sand.

Its main components are: head (tail) driven device, head dusting cover, cleaner, intermediate frame, upper and lower touch roll, upper and lower stop roller groups, tail wheel tension device, conveyor belt, outrigger, etc.

The head (tail) driving device is composed of the head (tail) driving roller and the fixing device. The head dust cover is tightly sealed to prevent sand from entering the bearings, which can effectively protect the bearings and increase its working life.

The tail wheel driving device is composed of tail wheel, tensioning screw, bearing, sliding frame, etc. The head and tail wheel bearings adopt the national standard self-aligning spherical bearing, which is double sealed by stamping steel ring and rubber sealing ring to ensure reliable operation under high dusty and humid conditions.

The parallel and grooved upper roller groups are fixed on the intermediate frame by bolts. The installation and adjustment are simple and convenient. The firm rifid in the channel steel intermediate frame is large and straight line. The upper roller group is equipped to guide in front of the driving and driven rollers, so as to completely solve the deviation problem of the belt conveyor when the sticky materials, no-load and heavy load, such as the conveying (old) sand, etc., greatly shorten the probation period of time  and reduce the maintenance works

Hi-Q conveyor belt is selected, with the thickness of upper rubber surface as 4.5mm (common rubber belt as 3mm), lower rubber surface as 1.5mm, the tensile strength of the belt ≥ 18Mpa, and the heat-resistant temperature of rubber belt is 180 ℃.
