Inertial linear shaker is a new type of high efficiency equipment, which is used for conveying and screening used sand.

The screen width of the machine is 1000mm. The machine is mainly composed of screen body, vibrating motor, screen, net springs, waste sand tank, etc.

The sand screening machine is supported by four vibration damping springs, and two vibration motors are symmetrically installed on both sides of the screen body, which rotate synchronously and reversely. Under the intensive activate force; the screen body vibrates in a straight line perpendicular to the axis of the vibrating motor. The materials are continuously thrown forward on the screen net and out screened. The materials passing through the screen net falling down into the bottom plate and are discharged through the outlet.

The horizontal installation of the sand screening machine works as screening and conveying. It consume less power with compact structure, high efficient screening , perfect isolation of vibrating springs and small dynamic load for transmission to the foundation.
