Overview of DZL vibrating feeder:

DZL series vibrating feeder is a new type of hopper arch breaking feeding device. It is installed at the bottom of the hopper and has all the performances of the feeder. It has four functions: arch breaking, uniform feeding, current closure and flow regulation. This series of vibrating feeding hopper has good arch breaking performance. It can realize arch breaking and continuous and uniform discharge for all kinds of powdery and granular materials in the silo. It can eliminate segregation of mixed materials with different particle sizes and different specific gravity when entering the silo. It has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, reliable operation, stable operation, low noise, less power consumption, easy operation, less vulnerable parts, long service life, small maintenance workload and large adjustment range of productivity.

DZL series vibrating feeder is a new type of arch breaking feeding equipment, which can be directly installed in the lower part of the storage bin. It has the function of arch breaking and uniform feeding. It has been widely used in the fire resistance, building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy, mining, electric power, food and other industrial departments.

working principle:

The machine is composed of vibrating hopper, fixed hopper, sealing sleeve and vibration damping device. The fixed bucket is fixed at the lower part of the storage bin with bolts. A spherical activator is installed in the vibrating hopper. A YZD type vibrating motor is installed outside the bucket. The vibrating bucket is hoisted at the lower part of the fixed bucket by a rubber damping device. The gap between the fixed bucket and the vibrating hopper is sealed with a rubber ring.

The vibration motor installed on the outside of the vibration hopper is the excitation source of the vibration hopper. After the motor is started, inertial excitation force is generated, which makes the spherical activator in the vibration hopper produce strong horizontal vibration. The spherical activator decomposes the horizontal exciting force into components along the normal direction and tangent direction of the spherical surface. The normal direction is transferred to the depth of the material along the radial direction, which destroys the vertical arch of the material in the silo and makes the material in the upper part of the activator move rapidly from the center to the surrounding, and then slide down along the silo wall to realize the overall flow of the material and discharge evenly from the discharge port.

The feeding quantity of the vibrating hopper is directly proportional to the vibrating force. The vibration stops and the discharge stops immediately. The feeding (discharging) error is 5% by adjusting the exciting force of the vibrating motor.
