Overview of scale conveyor

BL series scale conveyor is widely used in casting, metallurgy, electric power, coal and other industries, especially suitable for conveying solid materials with high temperature, large size, sharp edges and strong grinding ability.

working principle

The scale conveyor is driven by the motor of the transmission device through the reducer and the coupling to drive the main drive shaft to rotate. Two driving sprockets drive the chains on both sides. The scale plates of the conveyor are overlapped and fixed on the chains on both sides. The supporting wheel on the scale plate is guided by the guide rail on the frame, and the materials on the scale plate are transported to the unloading place through the chain transmission. It can be equipped with frequency conversion speed regulation according to the site requirements, which can easily adjust the conveying capacity, so as to match with the process.

Performance characteristics

The traction chain adopts long pitch plate pin roller chain, and all parts of the chain are made of alloy steel, which has good wear resistance, high tensile strength and long service life after scientific heat treatment;

The stamping tank body is adopted, the middle transverse reinforcement is strengthened, the tank body has good rigidity and large bearing capacity;

The bottom plate of the tank body is overlapped in circular arc to prevent material leakage;

The driving motor adopts speed regulating motor, and the running speed is adjustable, so as to select the conveying capacity more reasonably;

The layout forms are various, including horizontal and inclined layout, as well as a variety of horizontal and inclined combination layout;

The conveying length of single machine is not more than 60m, and the lifting height is not more than 10m;

The conveying angle can reach 25 °， The material temperature is less than or equal to 600 ℃.
