This machine is used to adjust and control the temperature of sand to meet the requirements of production process and productivity. It is mainly composed of water pump, cooling tower and temperature control system.

This machine uses circulating water to exchange heat with sand through exchanger to reduce the temperature of sand and reach the required temperature. It is used to stabilize molding sand performance, manage sand temperature, stabilize molding operation and improve molding sand quality.

This machine adopts the type of staggered cooling pipe, sand zigzag slow drop, full heat exchange, and the radiator wear is small, prolong service life. This set of sand temperature regulator is equipped with material level detection control device to ensure that the heat exchanger is always buried by sand; A temperature sensor is set at the upper and lower parts to measure the sand temperature at the inlet and outlet, and the sand temperature is controlled to meet the process requirements through the electrical control of the sand discharge door. The equipment is equipped with industrial cooling unit to cool the circulating water.

Main technical features:

²  The heat exchanger adopts the form of staggered dense tubes, with smooth sand, good heat and cold exchange effect and no blockage.

²  The circulating water flow direction is downward inlet and upward outlet, with pressure equalizing arrangement, stable flow, high efficiency and low energy consumption.

²  Configured temperature control system: it can operate automatically and manually. When the sand inlet temperature is higher than the set temperature, start the circulating water system, and the sand temperature is controlled by the sand gate. The probe type temperature sensor is set under the sand storage. When the sand temperature reaches the set temperature (process requirements), the gate opens and the sand enters the next process.

²  Special structural design is adopted to ensure that the heat exchanger inside the equipment is always submerged by sand, effectively prevent pipe condensation, stable and reliable electricity and gas control, ensure that the water pipe will not be washed by sand flow, and ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
